If you mix deities from different pantheons, why do you and which ones are they?

Deity are not really part of my path, the ones I have come across are mostly from different paths and have made quite an impact on me and I honour them regularly. I don't use Deities in my rituals so I don't mix them.

I don't use deities in my path either.

I honor some things. I follow a shamanic path.

I'm one of those eclectic Wiccans who people hear about so much. My own view (not necessarily the same as every other Wiccan out there) is that the Divine is essentially unknowable as it's so vast and beyond human comprehension. However, it manifests as both Male and Female, God and Goddess, which in turn can manifest in innumerable ways to different people. Another way it's described is that the Divine is like a gem with an infinite number of facets, and that the different gods and goddesses are those individual facets. We can approach the Divine through those facets or gods and goddesses but they are just a small fraction of the totality that is the Divine.

It's sometimes called "soft polytheism". It's also often summarized in Dion Fortune's immortal words: "All gods are one God, all goddesses are one Goddess."

Edited to add: it's also sometimes called panentheism.

It works for me!

I think we each have to find what works for us best.
